SUMMER SIDE SALAD

WHAT YOU NEED

  • 4 tablespoons of mayonnaise
  • 4 tablespoons of sour cream 
  • 2 tablespoons of apple cider vinegar
  • 3 large cucumbers (cut into 1/2" pieces)
  • 2 pounds of cherry tomatoes (halved)
  • Optional: 1/2 sweet onion (diced)
  • 4-6 tablespoons of Anchor Seafood Seasoning

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Halve tomatoes 
  2. Cut cucumbers into 1/2" sliced pieces
  3. Dice onion 
  4. Add veggies to a large bowl
  5. Add the mayo, sour cream, vinegar and Anchor Seafood Seasoning
  6. Stir well to combine all ingredients
  7. Serve immediately or rest in the refrigerator for 20 minutes before serving
  8. Use light mayo and light sour cream for a healthier alternative - Enjoy!
