WHAT YOU NEED
- 4 tablespoons of mayonnaise
- 4 tablespoons of sour cream
- 2 tablespoons of apple cider vinegar
- 3 large cucumbers (cut into 1/2" pieces)
- 2 pounds of cherry tomatoes (halved)
- Optional: 1/2 sweet onion (diced)
- 4-6 tablespoons of Anchor Seafood Seasoning
INSTRUCTIONS
- Halve tomatoes
- Cut cucumbers into 1/2" sliced pieces
- Dice onion
- Add veggies to a large bowl
- Add the mayo, sour cream, vinegar and Anchor Seafood Seasoning
- Stir well to combine all ingredients
- Serve immediately or rest in the refrigerator for 20 minutes before serving
- Use light mayo and light sour cream for a healthier alternative - Enjoy!
